- Communication: Strong English proficiency (verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development: Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Component Architecture: Build reusable, modular UI components following modern React practices.
- Styling: Implement scalable and consistent UI using Tailwind CSS utility-first approach.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance application speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless UI/UX integration.
- Support & Deployment: Debug UI issues and assist in testing, deployment, and go-live processes.
Requirements:
- Core Tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
- React Skills: Understanding of hooks, component lifecycle, and state management.
- Styling Expertise: Strong grip on Tailwind CSS, responsive design, and UI consistency.
- Standards: Knowledge of W3C standards, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (a11y).
- Best Practices: Familiarity with performance optimization and modern frontend workflows.
